Foodimagine on Swedish Science Radio

I was interviewed by Swedish national radio as part of the standing series Vetenskapsradion (The Science Radio). The interview was aired on May 5 and you can listen to it here (in Swedish). The discussion revolved around how fiction can communicate the transformation of diets and food systems, and what stakeholders and scientists from other disciplines can learn from these texts. When some 90 minutes of conversation is boiled down to a 20-minute episode, much of what is said is lost, but the host Sara Sällström still managed to piece together a very coherent piece and I am very grateful for her interest.
